Financial Statements Preparation
Income Statement, a.k.a. Profit & Loss Statement, is a detailed list of all your revenue and expenses, which is very
importent for determining & managing your income tax burden. It also allows you to accurately compare which products &
services are generating more sales. In addition, you're able to determine which expense items appear reasonable or not.
General Ledger Maintenance
The general ledger is the foundation of your financial system. Since every transaction effects the general ledger, a
problem with a single entry can throw off your entire system. We can review your general ledger each month to root out
any ledger errors, such as double billing, mis-applied customer payments, expense check coded to the wrong account, and
much more. In addition, we'll reconcile the bank statements to your general ledger. A bank reconciliation is extremely
important for identifying lost checks/deposits, identifying bank errors (yes, they do exist), and properly managing
your cash position.

Accounts Payable & Receivables
We can also help you with paying bills and preparing customer invoices & statements. Typically, you'll collect & approve
vendor invoices. We enter into QuickBooks, print the checks, and return to you to sign & mail. Conversely, on the
revenue side, we can prepare & mail customer invoices based on your direction. On a monthly basis, we can calculate
finance charges & mail customer statements.
QuickBooks Setup & Training
If you prefer to maintain your own QuickBooks file, we can determine which version is best for your business and
needs (yes, there are many versions of QuickBooks). We'll setup your company file, so all you have to do is open it & you're
ready to start using it. Of course, we offer as many training session as you need to become familiar with how to use
QuickBooks. Then, on a regular basis, we'll review your company file to make sure all entries are properly recorded.
